Meet the Team
Carissa Parish
Carissa is a Fort Worth, Texas-based accountant and the owner of Perfect Balance Co., specializing in outsourced accounting and GAAP financial accounting.
After earning her Accounting degree from the University of North Texas in 2010, Carissa spent 12 years in corporate accounting, with a focus on private equity fund accounting. She gained extensive experience managing a wide range of fund structures, including REITs, SMAs, SPVs, and other complex investment vehicles. During her time with a publicly traded BDC, she worked closely with the CFO on financial reporting and cash flow analysis, gaining a deep understanding of the financial challenges faced by investors and high-net-worth individuals. This hands-on experience has honed her ability to navigate the intricacies of compliance and transparency in financial operations.
Outside of work, Carissa enjoys traveling with her husband and kids, spending time with family, and playing with her five dogs
Jasmine Suamsoong
Jasmine, a native of Fort Worth, Texas, is currently pursuing a degree in Statistics and Data Science with a minor in Technology Track at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
As a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she handles much of the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for Perfect Balance Co.
In addition to her work with numbers, Jasmine has a strong passion for technology. She actively participates in coding workshops and contributes to student software development projects.
Looking ahead, Jasmine is focused on building a bright future in web development and UI design. Her dedication, technical expertise, and versatile skills make her an invaluable member of our team, where she’s eager to enhance our services with both her accounting and tech abilities.
